The service
winner-picker.online randomly selects winners from a list you provide. It does not run your giveaway, collect entries, contact participants or deliver prizes.
Host responsibility
- You are solely responsible for your giveaway: official rules, eligibility, legality in your country, prize delivery, taxes, and informing participants how their data is used.
- Social platforms publish their own promotion rules. Make sure your giveaway follows them. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok or YouTube.
- Do not use this picker for a TikTok Shop or LIVE giveaway unless TikTok's rules for your market expressly permit external winner selection.
- You must have the right to use the list you upload. Do not upload data you are not allowed to process.
YouTube
The YouTube features use YouTube API Services. By using them you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube contests must be free to enter and must not require likes or subscriptions; the host is responsible for following YouTube's contest policies.
What the tool can and cannot verify
The draw is random and recomputable from the published list fingerprint and seed. We cannot verify that a person liked, followed or shared anything, or that mentioned accounts are real or eligible.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse, overload or attempt to bypass limits of the service, and do not use it for unlawful activity. We may rate-limit or block usage to keep the service available.
No warranty, limited liability
The service is provided free and "as is", without warranties of any kind, and may change or be discontinued at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for disputes between you and your participants. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
